Dr. Ulrich Dilling
Ulrich Dilling was born on May 26, 1961 in Neutraubling.
Following a degree in mechanical engineering, he obtained a doctorate in 1991 from the Technical University of Munich.
Ulrich Dilling started his career in 1992 as a Group head at Bosch GmbH.
In 1995, he switched to transmissions manufacturer Getrag and was responsible for production as a member of the Site Management.
Following several management positions in the United States and in Sweden, he was made a Director in 2004.
In this position he also joined the Group’s extended Board of Management in 2004.
In 2009, Dr. Dilling joined MAN Truck & Bus AG as Head of the Nuremberg engine plant and has been responsible since 2017 for component production across its sites. In this function, he is responsible for various international Powertrain projects.
